EXCLUSIVE DESIGNS
Exclusive designs are represented by our FUNdamentals and LUX lines, which are crafted at the time of the order. We do not stock items, but instead make them by hand at the time an order is received.

CUSTOM ORDERING
The option of custom ordering is when we work with you to create an orginal design, using fabrics we find together or by using fabrics provided by you. Either way, you receive an exquisitely tailored and custom product.

ORDERING
To order, please complete the online order form and we will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your request. If you have chosen accessories, we wil also contact you to confirm fabric choices and combinations for your pillows, blankets, linens and more! Note: color exactness varies on individual computer screens, if you are unsure please request fabric samples .

DELIVERY
Because each item is custom made for you at the time of your order, delivery time will be 4-6 weeks from the day your order is received. If your fabric is on back order, you will be notified immediately. You can be assured that we are committed to bringing you your bedding as soon as possible and we will keep you informed every step of the way.

RETURNS
Each product is custom made, therefore we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If there is a manufacturing flaw in the item, we will stand behind our craftmanship and will repair the problem in a timely fashion. By placing an order and submitting payment, you are in agreement with these terms and conditions.
